Junior Cricket at Sidcup CC

Junior Cricket at Sidcup CC

At Sidcup we run a thriving junior section, providing fun, safe and high quality coaching and matches for children from the age of 5 onwards.

We pride ourselves on being an inclusive club, ensuring that all people are fully included and can actively participate in activities and providing a safe and welcoming place for people of all ages, abilities, genders, cultural, ethnic or religious backgrounds or socio-economic status. Boys and girls train together at all of our age groups, and with the growing focus on girls cricket across the game and at Sidcup CC, we run some activities on a girls-only basis.

The junior section of our club has become extremely popular in recent years, with over 250 youngsters signed on last year. Until the end of March we are only taking applications for the 2023 season from existing members. This is to ensure that we can maintain our fun, safe and engaging sessions for everyone, allowing for good ratios of children to coaches in training and plenty of match opportunity. As a result, we are running a waitlist system for new members for the 2023 season. Please see details at the bottom of the page.
